Frontlines, FFOW and "Join" Button

Hi everyone im new to playing online and i am having problems with frontlines fuel of war
when i connect using gametracker the game loads but does not join the server.

the game publisher has not submitted to us information required in order for us to properly launch into the game on a particular server. if you would be willing to provide it to us we would be more then glad to update our database.

we would need command lines for the following

1.server ip
2.server port
3.server rcon password
4.server rcon username
5.player identity username
6.player identity password
